Cardio-Fit Sessions
As of July 2010, on the last Saturday of every month the 2nd Juniors Class and the Adults Class will be combined into one 2hr session from 12-2pm. All students from these two classes are invited to attend (although it is not compulsory). However, the 1st Juniors Class from 11-12pm will remain exactly the same on these days, as some of the activities in these sessions would be unsuitable for this class.
These Cardio-Fit sessions will be aimed at improving cardiovascular fitness, muscle strength, speed and sparring ability, with a variety of challenging but enjoyable activities using an array of fitness equipment from pads to hurdles. If you wish to attend you are required to wear Dobok bottoms or combat bottoms (these can be purchased from us) and a loose fitting suitable T-shirt, but not your belt. Grade will not matter as activities are non-syllabus and suitable for all levels of ability. You are also required to bring a full set of sparring equipment; if you don’t yet have this then you may be asked to sit out for certain sections of the lesson.
Dates of sessions this year: Sat 31st Jul, Sat 28th Aug, Sat 25th Sep, Sat 30th Oct, Sat 27th Nov and Sat 18th Dec (because the last Saturday is Christmas day).
